About The Position

QXO, Inc. is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to safely operate an F550 or box truck for local deliveries. This role involves conducting pre-trip inspections, loading and verifying materials, and unloading them safely at job sites. The driver will maintain regular communication with the dispatcher and customers, demonstrate a daily commitment to safety, and strictly adhere to all protocols, always wearing appropriate PPE. Responsibilities also include inspecting materials for condition and quantity before storing, managing pick tickets with proper loading and secondary verification, and notifying relevant departments of unfilled orders or low inventory levels.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license in good standing required
The ability to successfully obtain a DOT Medical Card during the first 30 days
ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Prior experience in direct customer interaction
Effective communication skills with colleagues, vendors, and customers
Adaptability to work in diverse environments, including adverse weather conditions, and to handle various building products

Experience operating a forklift preferred
