About The Position

CrossRoads Building Supply, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Non-CDL Driver/Roof Loader to join their Milwaukee, WI team. This role involves approximately 35% driving and 65% warehouse work, including pulling, loading, stocking, and delivering building materials to job sites. Some deliveries require loading roofing materials onto rooftops. Forklift experience is beneficial but not required, as training will be provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, rooftops, etc.).
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Must successfully complete a background screen and drug testing prior to hire.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience.
• General product knowledge of building materials.

Responsibilities

• Pulling, loading, stocking, and delivering building materials to multiple job sites.
• Supporting inventory control efforts.
• Loading roofing materials, such as shingles, onto rooftops for some deliveries.
