About The Position

CrossRoads Building Supply, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Non-CDL Driver/Roof Loader to join their Milwaukee, WI team. This role involves approximately 35% driving and 65% warehouse work. Responsibilities include pulling, loading, stocking, and delivering building materials to job sites, as well as supporting inventory control. Some deliveries require loading roofing materials, such as shingles, onto rooftops. Forklift experience is a plus, and training will be provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, rooftops, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Must successfully complete a background screen and drug testing prior to hire.

Nice To Haves

• General product knowledge of building materials

Responsibilities

• Assist with pulling, loading, stocking, and delivering building materials to multiple job sites.
• Support inventory control efforts.
• Load roofing materials, such as shingles, onto rooftops.
