About The Position

Party Reflections is hiring a dependable, reliable, and loyal person to join its team. Drivers spend most of the day outside and being active, working with a team dedicated to creating lasting memories for clients.

The Driver/Event Installer drives the crew and cargo safely to and from job sites in a company 26-foot box truck. The role also involves loading and unloading, delivering and picking up items, and installing and striking event equipment.

Requirements

• A can-do attitude.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to pass DOT medical card certification.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including drug screening, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Willingness to work with hands and perform labor-intensive duties.
• Enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment.
• Great customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least three years of minimal-infraction driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving large vehicles or box trucks; training will be provided.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks; training will be provided.
• Experience in general labor, physical work, or a warehouse/production role; training will be provided.
