About The Position

The Driver/Event Installer drives the crew and cargo safely to and from job sites in a company 26-foot box truck. The role also includes loading and unloading, deliveries and pickups, and event installation and strike. Drivers spend much of the day outdoors and perform active, labor-intensive work while helping create lasting memories for clients.

Requirements

• Have a can-do attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment.
• Work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Pass DOT medical card certification.
• Pass pre-employment testing, including drug screening, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Have basic math and counting skills.
• Be willing to perform hands-on, labor-intensive duties.
• Have strong customer service skills.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Have a driving record with no more than minimal infractions over the past three years.
• Meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 70 pounds and working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving large vehicles or box trucks; training will be provided.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks; training will be provided.
• Experience in general labor, physical work, a warehouse, or production; training will be provided.
