Responsibilities

• Own deployment of their own service using OpenShift + Helm + GitOps.
• Ensure security hygiene, including secret handling, mTLS, audit-trail emission, and avoiding PII in logs.
• Implement OpenTelemetry tracing and maintain structured log discipline so every service emits the same trace shape.
• Utilize prompt engineering for both production prompts and coding-agent prompts (Devin/Claude/Copilot/Codex).
