About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer as a Support Engineer L4 to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, and a passion for building scalable, cloud-native applications. As a senior engineer, you will influence technical direction, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Senior-level with 8+ years of experience in software development
- Advanced proficiency with Angular, including component architecture, state management, and UI performance
- Deep experience with Node.js and modern frameworks such as Express or NestJS
- Strong SQL expertise and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and schema design
- Professional experience with AWS, including designing and deploying production workloads
- Debugging, troubleshooting, and maintenance background
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Advanced English level C1- C2
- Communication, empathy, commitment, and leadership potential
- Strong sense of ownership, natural problem-solver, and passion for continuous learning and managing crises
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terragrunt or Terraform)
- Knowledge of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
- Experience with GraphQL, DynamoDB, AWS AppSync, Athena, or Glue
- Familiarity with ETL pipelines or data engineering concepts
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development support for L4 of full‑stack applications using Angular, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services
- Build scalable APIs, microservices, and integration layers
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security
- Work with product, architecture, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and promote engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and drive root-cause analysis
- Contribute to improving development processes and standards
