About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Node.js Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful services, databases, and cloud-based technologies. You will work closely with frontend developers, architects, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or similar Node.js frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API development.
  • Experience with asynchronous programming, Promises, and event-driven architecture.
  • Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and SSO.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of Kubernetes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
  • Build reusable, efficient, and secure server-side components.
  • Develop microservices and integrate with third-party services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Implement security and data protection best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow software development standards.
  • Work with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementation and deployment.
