About The Position

Iris Telehealth is actively hiring Full-Time Remote Nocturnist Consult-Liaison Psychiatrists to support emergency departments and inpatient teams with high-quality psychiatric evaluations and consultations. This is a mission-driven role dedicated to expanding access to behavioral health care, offering the flexibility of remote practice, comprehensive clinical support, and a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified full-time hires. The role involves delivering impactful care to underserved communities, working with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to transforming mental health care.

Requirements

• Board-certified psychiatrist with consult-liaison expertise.
• Active medical license, IMLC Letter of Qualification is a plus.
• Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency Program.
• Board Certification in Psychiatry required.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-residency Consult-Liaison Psychiatry experience via telehealth.
• Experience and willingness to evaluate patients ages 5+ in Emergency Department settings.
• Telehealth experience using Epic EMR required.
• Comfortable working across multiple health systems and varying levels of patient acuity.
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
