About The Position

Stimulus Technologies’ Broadband Division is seeking a NOC Manager to run the Network Operations Center for Stimulus Broadband’s fixed wireless and fiber networks across Nevada, California, Oregon, Missouri, and New Mexico. The manager will establish 24/7 monitoring, ticketing, escalation, and on-call processes, and will hire and lead a NOC Technician team as it is built from late 2026 through 2027. This is a remote position with occasional travel to markets and visits to telecommunications facilities as required. The NOC Manager reports to the Director of Network Operations, or to the CTO until that position is filled. The ideal candidate has experience developing a NOC with limited resources while building a team. They think in systems, create processes and implement tools, proactively close unresolved alarms and stalled tickets, and remain calm and decisive during after-hours incidents. Candidates must reside in Nevada, California, Oregon, Missouri, or New Mexico; candidates in adjacent states may be considered. A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required. Candidates must pass required pre-employment and random background, drug, alcohol, and cannabis screenings. The role requires extended periods working at a computer, including after-hours, travel among markets as needed, and occasional lifting of equipment or materials weighing up to 25 pounds. The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate Stimulus Technologies’ core values: Driven to Grow, See a Need – Fill a Need, Elevate Others, Extreme Ownership, and Celebrate Success. Stimulus Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
