About The Position

Actively Hiring Caregivers for NOC shifts (7pm-7am) in Carlsbad, North San Diego County. Cheer Home Care is looking for compassionate caregivers to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities. The role involves providing genuine companionship and assisting clients with daily activities, transportation, engaging them in activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and offering support for specialized needs like Alzheimer's and dementia care. We aim to create an enriching environment for both clients and caregivers.

Requirements

• Cell phone with internet access
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A passion for caring for others

Nice To Haves

• CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED certifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Providing transportation for medical appointments and outings
• Engaging clients in activities that promote their mental and emotional well-being
• Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offering support for those with specialized needs, including Alzheimer’s and dementia care

Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $20 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
