Minimum Education: Associate’s degree in computer related field or an equivalent technical degree from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional certification for years of experience per CSWF certification requirements. Minimum Experience: Three (3) years’ experience interfacing with business IT users. Individual shall have experience with IT service desk workflows and supporting applications including ticket management tools. Experience shall demonstrate basic troubleshooting (e.g. performed system-tests and authorized system-changes). Applicant must be a US citizen and hold an active DoD Secret security clearance.
