About The Position

We are seeking an experienced NLP Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and AI-powered solutions. This role will focus on leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and advanced analytics to extract insights from large volumes of structured and unstructured data and drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science, experience with production-grade ML systems, and the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, or NLP-focused roles.
Proven experience building and deploying production-grade machine learning models.
Hands-on experience with: Python SQL Machine Learning Generative AI Large Language Models (LLMs) Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Experience developing solutions that analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, model development, validation, and optimization.
Ability to translate complex technical findings into business-focused recommendations.

Nice To Haves

Experience within customer experience analytics, contact center operations, customer interaction platforms, or call center technologies.
Hands-on experience with: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery Dialogflow Vertex AI AWS and/or Azure AI/ML services
Experience developing Agentic AI solutions, autonomous workflows, or AI-powered decision-support applications.

Responsibilities

Design, build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and NLP models in production environments.
Develop AI-driven solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and advanced analytics techniques.
Analyze large datasets, including structured and unstructured data, to uncover trends and insights.
Build scalable data science solutions that support business decision-making.
Perform statistical analysis, model development, validation, optimization, and performance monitoring.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Contribute to the development of innovative AI applications, including conversational AI and autonomous workflows.
