About The Position

We are looking for an experienced NLP Architect / Principal AI & Security Architect to lead the design, deployment, and security governance of next-generation LLM-powered customer experience platforms. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role focused on Generative AI & LLM Architecture, GraphRAG & Advanced Retrieval Systems, Multi-Agent AI Orchestration, AI Security & Threat Detection, Vector Databases & AI Governance, and Enterprise-Scale Cloud AI Platforms.

• 12+ years in AI/ML Architecture, NLP, Distributed Systems, or Enterprise AI
• 5+ years building production-grade Generative AI and LLM solutions
