About The Position

The Nightlife Promotions Intern program provides hands-on experience in event planning, promotions, digital marketing, and venue operations within Exit 33. Interns gain exposure to coordinating and executing events, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating across departments while strengthening leadership and communication skills.

Interns learn to plan and coordinate events with departments such as security, gaming, and accommodations. They develop marketing plans, manage social media content, and assist with promotional campaigns. They also share event information across departments and help teams execute events, support guest services, and coordinate promotions staff during busy nights.

Requirements

• Enrollment in an Event Management, Marketing, Entertainment, Public Relations, or related degree program.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in event planning and promotions.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
• Familiarity with entertainment production.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event planning and coordination.
• Support marketing and promotions, including developing marketing plans, managing social media content, and assisting with promotional campaigns.
• Communicate event details across departments and collaborate with teams to execute events.
• Assist with venue operations, guest services, and promotions staff during busy nights.
• Work with departments such as security, gaming, and accommodations to help ensure events run smoothly.
• Participate in database and inventory management.
