About The Position

As a Leader, you’ll have full accountability for the running of the night-fill department ensuring deadlines are met, our shelves are fully stocked and exceptional store presentation is maintained during evening and night trade. You’ll see the impact of your work connecting to customers and the communities we serve. Whether you’re in a store, distribution centre, manufacturing site or on the road, you’ll play an important part in how we achieve our purpose of helping Australians eat and live better every day.

Requirements

• Flexibility with evening working hours
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Direct leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked
• Maintain exceptional store presentation during evening and night trade
• Lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
• Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, food safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
• Drive a one team culture which celebrates success and puts our team members health, safety and wellbeing first
• Delight our customers with an outstanding shopping experience
