Night Supervisor – Northern Kentucky / South Cincinnati
About The Position
Environment Control is looking for a Night Supervisor to join their team and support employees and accounts throughout the Northern Kentucky / South Cincinnati area. The ideal candidate is reliable, honest, friendly, and comfortable working with people. They should be able to communicate clearly, build good relationships, and handle situations with a calm and professional approach. While supervisory experience is not required, a strong character, willingness to learn, and good interpersonal skills are highly valued. The company is willing to train the right person on the cleaning and operational aspects of the job.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation / your own vehicle
- Comfortable traveling between accounts
- Dependable and able to work evening hours
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Cleaning or supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Train and retrain employees when needed
- Inspect buildings and cleaning quality
- Follow up on customer requests and concerns
- Help with staffing and coverage when needed
- Communicate with Controllers and management
- Support employees with questions or operational issues
- Assist with supplies, building access, alarms, and other needs
- Complete daily operations reports
- Help develop and support employees as the area grows
