About The Position

Environment Control is looking for a Night Supervisor to join our team and support our employees and accounts throughout the Northern Kentucky / South Cincinnati area. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, honest, friendly, and comfortable working with people. Someone who can communicate clearly, build good relationships, and handle situations with a calm and professional approach. We believe skills can be learned, but character matters. We’re looking for someone who is open-minded, adaptable, willing to listen, and willing to grow. You don’t have to know everything when you walk through the door. We’re looking for the right person, and we’re willing to train.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation / your own vehicle
• Comfortable traveling between accounts
• Dependable and able to work evening hours

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Cleaning or supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Train and retrain employees when needed
• Inspect buildings and cleaning quality
• Follow up on customer requests and concerns
• Help with staffing and coverage when needed
• Communicate with Controllers and management
• Support employees with questions or operational issues
• Assist with supplies, building access, alarms, and other needs
• Complete daily operations reports
• Help develop and support employees as the area grows
