About The Position

This role is for a Night Shift Safety Supervisor responsible for overseeing safety protocols and procedures during the night shift. The position requires flexibility to work any shift, including weekends, and involves strong communication, initiative, and the ability to conduct thorough incident investigations. The supervisor must maintain composure in stressful situations, manage multiple assignments, and possess strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include writing, reading, and interpreting safety programs and operating manuals.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in Microsoft office
• Must be coachable and have the professional ability to coach others
• Must be able to handle and manage confidential information
• Prior performance evaluations scores should meet or exceed expectations
• 1-3 Years of leadership experience

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in health and safety programs and compliance
• Manufacturing and general industry experience
• Public speaking experience
