Requirements
- Current Indiana RN or LPN license
- Previous nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care that promotes resident well-being and dignity
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support residents, families, and fellow team members with professionalism and compassion
