Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate heavy equipment, specifically dozers
  • Strong attention to safety, detail, and situational awareness in dynamic environments
  • Ability to interpret work instructions, site plans, and operational signals
  • Dependable, team‑oriented approach with clear communication skills
  • Willingness and capability to adapt to changing work demands and priorities

Responsibilities

  • Operate dozer equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production and site operations
  • Perform grading, stockpiling, and material movement according to operational needs
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and report mechanical or safety concerns
  • Follow site safety procedures, traffic patterns, and operational guidelines at all times
  • Collaborate with plant and equipment operators to maintain smooth site operations
