This is a permanent, full-time Night Sanitation position with 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM. The role involves dismantling and reassembling egg grading equipment for cleaning, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation procedures to meet internal and Canada Food Inspection Agency standards. The position requires completing all tasks in accordance with Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs) and HACCP requirements, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment, safe lifting techniques, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and chemical handling. This is a replacement role for a union-free environment.
