About The Position

Night Nurse Supervisor – RN | Stone Rehabilitation and Senior Living $45.00 - $48.00/hour , based on experience Full-Time | 11:00PM – 7:00AM, rotating weekends and holidays At Stone Rehabilitation and Senior Living, we not only provide compassionate and comprehensive care, but we are a leader in the industry when it comes to the value we place on resident care and employee appreciation!

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered MA RN license
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• 1-year of prior supervisory or leadership experience; preferably in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written

Responsibilities

• Managing nurses and certified nursing assistants to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Taking full responsibility for residents' nursing care, monitoring conditions, following physician orders, and applying recognized nursing standards.
• Recognizing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, initiating or assisting with interventions, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment.
• Instructing nursing staff on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with administrative and clinical standards.
