About The Position

BAYADA’s Columbia Skilled Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The role provides one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home, near the nurse, on a schedule selected for a suitable match. BAYADA describes its care as compassionate, excellent, and reliable.

The office provides onboarding and training beginning on the first day, including introductions to the Administrator, Scheduler, and support staff, as well as paid virtual and hands-on orientation. Nurses can access flexible schedules, nurse appreciation events, and the benefits and opportunities listed in the posting, subject to employment type. The stated pay range is $26–$28 per hour.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near the nurse on a schedule selected for a suitable match.
• Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
