We are seeking an experienced Night Machinist to join our team. Requirements

Journeyman status or equivalent technical engineering degree.
Expert mastery of GD&T rules and advanced multi-axis machining applications.
Autonomy, advanced troubleshooting, peer mentorship, and precision compliance.

7+ years of advanced CNC precision machining experience.

Responsibilities

Perform intricate, first-article machine configurations and modify CNC code directly on the floor for ODAT jobs.
Interpret advanced Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) maps to secure exact part conformance.
Provide technical setup support and mentoring to junior operators inside the ODAT division.
Partner with ODAT division engineers to improve machining paths and reduce material scrap rates.
