About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality food, follows recipes and procedures consistently, and executes each dish with precision and attention to presentation. This role requires strong teamwork, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to maintaining kitchen standards during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Previous line cook experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.
• Strong ability to follow recipes, procedures, and directions.
• Commitment to producing high-quality food and consistent plating.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, specifications, and quality standards.
• Execute plating and presentation consistently to ensure every dish meets restaurant expectations.
• Follow directions from kitchen leadership accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver timely and accurate orders.
• Monitor product quality and report any issues to management.
• Assist with prep work, stocking stations, and cleaning duties as needed.
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail during high-volume service.
