About The Position

CSI International Inc. is seeking a reliable and professional night cleaner to maintain clean facilities by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. The role involves cleaning buildings during evening hours, potentially locking doors and arming alarms, and working independently with minimal supervision. Candidates should have some cleaning experience and basic knowledge of cleaning products. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM–1:30 AM.

Requirements

• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Ability to work well when supervisors are not present.
• Ability to quickly communicate potential problems to supervisors.
• Ability to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to use basic cleaning equipment.
• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Some cleaning experience.
• Basic knowledge of various cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the building and keep it in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean spills using appropriate equipment.
• Lock up the facility and potentially arm alarms independently.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Complete tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked.
• Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
