About The Position

CSI International Inc. is seeking a reliable and professional night cleaner to maintain clean facilities by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. The role involves evening facility cleaning, potentially locking doors and arming alarms, and working with minimal supervision. The position is part-time, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Requirements

• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Ability to work well when supervisors are not present.
• Ability to communicate potential problems to supervisors quickly.
• Ability to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Ability to use basic cleaning equipment.
• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; the employer uses E-Verify.

Nice To Haves

• Some cleaning experience.
• Basic knowledge of various cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the building and keep it in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean spills using appropriate equipment.
• Independently lock up the facility and potentially arm alarms.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
