This role is for a Night CMV (Non-CDL) Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate, classified as Nonexempt and reporting to the Branch Manager.

Requirements

Compliance with all applicable state and federal requirements for commercial motor vehicle drivers of applicable gross motor vehicle weight rating, including holding a valid DOT medical card.
Pass an MVR check.
Safely and competently operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pickers.
3-5 years of driving and delivery experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Be organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and adaptable to warehouse environments.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and take direction in ever-changing working conditions.
Valid driver’s license required.
CMV DOT Medical Card required.

Responsibilities

Unload inventory from incoming vehicles and inspect for damage.
Process and stock inventory.
Be available for evening delivery routes.
Pick correct product and quantities for orders and/or transfers.
Load racks and trucks with glass.
Clean glass, assess stock for damage, and affix proper labels.
Follow delivery route and time schedules for product delivery and returns.
Process/record payments and input data into the ordering system.
Safely operate the delivery vehicle (up to 26,000 pounds GMVW).
Receive and process return stock.
Complete logs and documentation.
Communicate with team leaders for timely and accurate deliveries.
Break down boxes, stock accessories, and organize inventory.
Interact with and assist customers during delivery and at will call.
Assist in maintaining the appearance of the branch, including cleaning the warehouse and counter area.
Perform other job tasks as assigned.
