About The Position

Starmark is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Non-CDL Commercial Driver who takes pride in providing exceptional service and being the face of our company on the road. If you enjoy driving, building relationships, staying active, and making a difference for customers every day, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This role offers home most nights with local delivery routes within 150 miles, though occasional overnight trips are required. It is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule, offering insurance coverage, vacation time, and holiday pay after 60 days. The environment is a white-glove service setting with meaningful customer relationships, providing independence on the road with strong team support. Forklift training and certification are provided, along with opportunities for growth within the service center.

Requirements

Compliant with Department of Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
Ability to travel occasionally to Starmark sites across the United States for vacation covering, start-up assistance and overall site delivery assistance.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Comfortably using GPS routing tools and mobile technology with a reliable smart phone
Lift up to 75 pounds with proper equipment
Operate lift gates and pallet jacks for loading and unloading freight with a 26' box truck
Sit, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and move constantly throughout the workday
Work in warehouse and delivery environments

Responsibilities

Safely transport Starmark funeral products to funeral homes throughout your territory
Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries with professional service
Verify orders before loading and upon delivery
Collect signatures, payments, and maintain delivery documentation
Serve as the primary face of Starmark during deliveries
Create positive experiences through professionalism and communication
Support customer needs and help resolve issues when they arise
Develop long-term relationships built on trust and reliability
Assist with loading and unloading trucks
Secure shipments using proper equipment and procedures
Help prepare next-day orders and specialized packaging
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Conduct vehicle inspections before and after routes
Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
Maintain a clean driving record and commitment to safe driving
