About The Position
Up To Par Cleaning is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Night Cleaning Professional to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming workplaces. This role will include someone who is willing and able to be a driver and trained to be a lead for the company.
Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written instructions and cleaning checklists
- Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent evening availability
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize commercial offices and facilities
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and break-rooms
- Dust surfaces and maintain common areas
- Remove trash and recycling
- Restock paper products and other supplies
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Report maintenance concerns or unusual conditions
- Work professionally and respectfully in customer facilities
