Requirements

Experience in custodial services, cleaning, facility maintenance, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while maintaining productivity.
Physical ability to perform the duties of the role, including standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive cleaning tasks.
Three professional references

Nice To Haves

Valid Class 5 Driver's License is an asset.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public, staff, and common areas throughout the facility.
Complete daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks to ensure facility standards are consistently met.
Monitor facility conditions and identify maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or operational issues requiring attention.
Organize and prioritize cleaning responsibilities to efficiently meet shift expectations and operational requirements.
