Responsibilities

Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
Audits and balances front desk functions, posts information and prepares daily and monthly front desk reports.
Provides guest services and ensures smooth operation of the front desk.
