About The Position

Pan Pacific Whistler is looking for a dedicated Night Auditor to join their team and play a key role in their overnight operations. This role supports both Front Office and Finance departments by offering overnight guest services as well as balancing daily financial accounts.

Requirements

  • Overnight guest services experience
  • Balancing daily financial accounts experience
  • Experience with entering reservations, confirming extranets, and processing telephone and walk-in reservations
  • Experience with guest check-in and check-out procedures
  • Experience with cashiering and foreign exchange
  • Experience with bell, valet, and concierge duties
  • Experience with guest communication (email, phone, in-person)
  • Ability to provide accurate and timely information about events and services
  • Ability to promote food and beverage and retail partners
  • Ability to ensure guest and property security and safety
  • Ability to handle issues according to established procedures

Responsibilities

  • Produce a variety of reports for other departments and support the Night Manager with the Night Audit function. Ensure reports are effective, timely and accurate.
  • Complete audit of guest transactions.
  • Offer reservation support which includes, entering of reservations, confirmation of extranets. Processing telephone and walk-in reservations.
  • Provide arrival experience services, including greeting guests, luggage and ski storage, check-in, bell services, shuttle service, car valet and concierge duties.
  • Provide in-house services, including cashiering and foreign exchange, bell, valet and concierge and housekeeping.
  • Provide departure services including luggage pick-up and storage, check-out services and offering assistance as needed.
  • Assist with guest communication including responding to guest emails, taking calls and in person communication.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about events and services available to guests.
  • Promote food and beverage and retail partners.
  • Ensure guest and property security and safety during the hours of 11pm to 7am, by handling any issues according to established procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Night Manager, Front Office Manager or Director of Operations as required.
