About The Position

This is a part-time opportunity for a Night Auditor. The role involves using technology to deliver an exceptional guest experience, managing check-in, check-out, and billing with accuracy and care, and handling sensitive guest information. The position also requires responding to guest inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally, following all policies and procedures, and supporting front desk operations by answering main phone lines, responding to GXP, and tracking GSS & TripAdvisor scores.
