About The Position
AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park is seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join their team as Night Auditors. As an overnight ambassador, the Night Auditor will ensure a smooth, secure, and welcoming overnight experience for guests. This role involves performing end-of-day financial audits, reconciling daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and payments, monitoring property security, and responding to guest needs during overnight hours. The Night Auditor will also prepare and distribute daily reports, assist with overnight check-ins and check-outs, and collaborate with other departments to ensure readiness for the next day, all while upholding the TETRA brand with pride and service excellence.
Requirements
- Are a night owl who thrives in a quiet, focused environment
- Have strong attention to detail and a knack for numbers
- Communicate clearly and confidently—both in person and over the phone
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable with hotel systems
- Bring professionalism, reliability, and a calm demeanor to every shift
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Opera or similar systems is a plus
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to late-arriving guests
- Perform end-of-day financial audits and reconcile daily transactions
- Ensure accuracy in billing, payments, and reporting
