About The Position

The Westin Tempe is looking for a FT - Night Auditor to join our amazing Front Office Team! This role takes part in servicing our guests around our beautiful Hotel and you'll be part of a great team of helpful people who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner resulting in an extremely high level of guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in English
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
• Ability to communicate well with guests
• Willingness to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations using a 10-key
• Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
• Adhere to hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and registering guests
• Providing prompt and courteous service
• Assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs throughout the overnight shift
• Ensuring the accurate balancing and auditing of daily room, restaurant, and bar transactions
• Posting and reconciling charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining necessary records and files
• Resetting hotel systems to support smooth next-day operations
