About The Position

The Westin Tempe is looking for a FT - Night Auditor to join our amazing Front Office Team! This role takes part in servicing our guests around our beautiful Hotel and you'll be part of a great team of helpful people who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner resulting in an extremely high level of guest satisfaction. A Night Auditor is responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience by greeting and registering guests, providing prompt and courteous service, and assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs throughout the overnight shift. In addition to front desk responsibilities, this role ensures the accurate balancing and auditing of daily room, restaurant, and bar transactions, posts and reconciles charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner, maintains necessary records and files, and resets hotel systems to support smooth next-day operations.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in English
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
• Ability to communicate well with guests
• Willingness to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations using a 10-key
• Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
