This is a full-time, year-round position beginning June 2026. The starting wage for this role is $19.00/hour.
Requirements
- Bring the energy, professionalism, and personality of an exceptional Front Desk Agent
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and cash handling
- Able to take direction, stay organized, and work independently when needed
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Flexible and reliable, with availability to work evenings and overnight shifts
- A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive work environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a Front Desk or Night Audit role is an asset
- accounting knowledge is a plus (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including handling phone inquiries, coordinating group arrivals and departures, completing guest check-ins and room assignments, and processing check-outs with accurate billing and payment collection
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations
- Address guest concerns promptly; escalate issues to the Front Desk Supervisor or Hotel Manager when needed
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services, and local points of interest
- Arrange services required for guests with special needs
- Provide information regarding room status and special guests to other departments
- Learn the Emergency Response Manual thoroughly
- Learn the Night Audit procedures
- Perform related Front Desk duties as directed by Supervisor
