NIGHT AUDITOR- Part Time Sun & Mon
About The Position
Night auditors perform end-of-day accounting tasks and overnight front desk duties. They assist late-night guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and address other customer requests. They also audit, reconcile, and balance daily financial activities. Requirements

- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree, and/or equivalent experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Must have basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills.
- 1-2 years of hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred
- Customer Service Skills required.
- Financial management skills required.
- Brand systems knowledge preferred
Responsibilities
- Performs all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis.
- Performs and attributes all required audit reports.
- Verifies the status of all wake-up call requests and ensures they are properly handled.
- Balances all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift.
- Prepares the front office for the ‘A’ shift and reset days business.
- Acts as a Guest Service representative during the night time hours.
- Acts as the manager on duty during the night time hours.
- Attends and actively participates in all front office meetings.
- Participates in all training and cross training programs.
- Acts as PBX operator during the audit shift.
- Assists breakfast attendants by setting up breakfast areas as needed.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
- Reports to work for scheduled shifts, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
- Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties.
