PART TIME Night Auditor Renaissance Raleigh Hotel-$17.00 per hr
About The Position
As the Night Auditor, you will be working without direct management supervision, making your role even more critical. You will be responsible for closing out the business for the day and assisting guests during non-traditional hours with check-ins and check-outs. Your proactivity, responsiveness, and caring nature will be key. This role also involves ensuring guest safety by monitoring hotel activity and potential weather threats. If you enjoy working independently, have a winning personality, and a high sense of responsibility, this role is ideal for you. Responsibilities
- Processing credit card transactions and other (restaurant, events, lounge) for the day
- Handling phone system, transferring calls, and reservations
- Verify, balance and review hotel room availability
- Perform Check-in and Check-out procedures
- Administer guest payment policies and look for errors from the day shifts
- Maintain overall lobby appearance
- Be diversed in all hotel emergency procedures
- Assist in closing out the business for the day
- Check in or out guests during non-traditional hours
- Monitoring abnormal activity inside and outside of the hotel
- Monitoring any weather issues that could become threatening to our resting guests
