The Hotel Night Auditor is committed to going the extra mile to deliver high-quality service to our guests while performing nightly balancing duties, daily paperwork and shift reports related to the property's business transactions. This role involves daily auditing, balancing, posting, and reporting on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash and credit operations to ensure accuracy of the property's financial and accounting records. The position also requires interacting with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, providing the highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ needs, and promptly handling guest service requests and complaints. Responsibilities include making reservations, checking guests in and out, processing payments, answering phones, maintaining a cash drawer, operating office equipment, and ensuring guest and property safety by knowing all safety, security, and emergency procedures.
