About The Position

The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring guests are welcomed, comfortable, and have all their needs met. This role involves working the overnight shift, handling guest requests and complaints, balancing financial records, and maintaining security and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have front office experience, basic accounting knowledge, strong communication and math skills, and the ability to work independently overnight.

Requirements

Front office experience (6+ months)
Basic accounting knowledge – Posting revenues and balancing reports doesn’t scare you (you might even enjoy it).
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and math skills
Tech savvy with Excel and property systems
Able to work overnight shifts reliably

Responsibilities

Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs, questions, and check-ins.
Balance the books nightly—post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and make sure every penny has a home.
Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally.
Manage reports, paperwork, and financial summaries.
Keep things secure and confidential—you're the trusted closer of the day’s business.
