About The Position

As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for closing out the business for the day and assisting guests during non-traditional hours, often without direct management supervision. This role requires a proactive, responsive, and caring approach. You will also be responsible for ensuring guest safety by monitoring activity inside and outside the hotel, as well as any potential weather threats. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working semi-independently and possess a strong sense of responsibility and a winning personality. Responsibilities

Processing credit card transactions and other (restaurant, events, lounge) for the day
Handling phone system, transferring calls, and reservations
Verify, balance and review hotel room availability
Perform Check-in and Check-out procedures
Administer guest payment policies and look for errors from the day shifts
Maintain overall lobby appearance
Be diversed in all hotel emergency procedures
Monitoring abnormal activity inside and outside of the hotel
Monitoring any weather issues that could become threatening to our resting guests
