About The Position

The Lindy Renaissance Charleston Hotel is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). The Night Auditor will handle guest check-ins, reservations, financial transactions, security, and reporting. This position is ideal for a night owl with a passion for hospitality and strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field.
• Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word documents.
• Ability to solve problems independently.

Nice To Haves

• College coursework beneficial.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM).
• Handle check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Conduct security walks to ensure the property is safe and secure.
• Create daily reports, including the Daily Flash Report, for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
• Solve problems independently.
