About The Position

We are looking for a night owl with a Flexible Schedule to join our front office team! This is an overnight front desk/night audit position. Excellent benefits include paid time off, free meals, hotel discounts, and more! Pay Range for this position is $21.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Requirements

• A self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• The ability to communicate well with guests.
• A willingness to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations using a 10-key.
• The ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
• The ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with Marriott FS-PMS would be ideal!

Responsibilities

• Serve as the overnight front desk/guest service agent and complete the daily audit.
• Balance room, restaurant, and bar receipts.
• Post and balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain files and reset the systems for next day operations.
• Email pertinent information to various hotel departments.
