About The Position

When the rest of Beaver Creek is winding down, you're just getting started at The Charter! As a Night Auditor, you'll oversee overnight front desk operations, assist guests, and reconcile the day's financial activity while serving as a dependable presence at the property. We're looking for someone who works well independently, stays composed when the unexpected happens, and takes pride in getting the details right. Requirements

Can legally work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without a specific end date.
Dependable, self-directed, and comfortable working independently overnight.
Attentive guest service.
Calm when solving problems.
Takes pride in getting the details right.
Ability to learn new computer programs and systems quickly and use them confidently.

Nice To Haves

Hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle the check in/check out process for all guests and owners during the overnight shift.
Answer the phone professionally and courteously and respond to guest’s requests accordingly.
Process the overnight reports, addresses any discrepancies and closes the day.
Passes on information from the overnight shift to the morning Front Desk Agent and make keys for daily arrivals.
