Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers and reporting
- Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours
- Professional communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, calm, and guest-focused mindset
Nice To Haves
- Hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (StayNTouch is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Assist late-arriving guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety throughout the night
- Perform light housekeeping or basic maintenance tasks as needed
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk environment
