About The Position
The Night Auditor role supports the front desk during overnight hours and completes daily financial audit procedures. This position involves assisting guests, ensuring safety and security, and producing accurate reports to support the hotel’s operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing guest service with accuracy, enjoying a quieter shift to focus, help guests, and prepare the hotel for the next day while working independently and keeping things organized.
Requirements
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Calm, responsible, and able to work independently
- Capable of working consistent overnight shifts any day of the week including holidays and weekends

- Previous front desk or night audit experience
Responsibilities
- Complete nightly audit processes and balance daily revenue
- Run reports and ensure financial information is accurate and organized
- Assist guests with check ins, check outs, and service requests
- Monitor hotel safety and security during overnight hours
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues when possible
- Prepare the front desk for morning shift transition
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
