About The Position

InnVentures is seeking a Night Auditor to supervise the hotel and perform tasks to certify that all daily transactions are reconciled. This role works overnight (graveyard) hours and is essential to providing guests with a comfortable stay. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and a desire for routine to create memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience with proven ability to thrive working the overnight shift is ideal.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
• Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
• Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and be able to post and reconcile charges applied to guest receipts.
• Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed in the event of issues taking place overnight.
• Communicate effectively between all shifts and departments.
